Nordloh Law Office

  • Mr. Chris Nordloh, Covington, KY. My firm was retained to represent a roofer who fell 20' to the frozen ground from a residential roof pitch. Randy was involved from the outset of the case to assist in making threshold factual determinations affecting employer – employee relationships and the applicability of state and federal safety regulations. Randy met with the client and conducted on-site inspections and safety equipment inspections, which proved to probative and conclusive of the liability assessment. I would not have been able to represent my client as effectively as I did without Randy's expertise grounded in a lifetime of experience. I was able to argue negligence per se as a direct result of Randy's expert report. I will hire Randy in the future and recommend him to anyone who needs a safety expert. Swift & Staley Electrical Contractors, Inc.

  • Mr. Steve Nichols, Paducah, KY. "Swift and Staley Electrical Contractors, Inc, hired Randy Gray, President of Grayhawk Safety and Health Consulting Company in regards to a recent OSHA citation. Through his diligence he was able to get the citation completely deleted from our records. At the time we were working with another safety and health consulting firm and had spent a large amount of money for their services and lawyer fees. The end result was they had gone as far as they could go and our only option was to accept OSHA's judgment and pay the fines. After we met and hired Randy and he had a chance to look at the case, he was able to present a response to OSHA and outline all the reasons why the citation was not valid. A short time later OSHA withdrew their citation. Without Randy this would not have been the case."
